As such, in this month’s blog, given the recent COVID wave, we will be discussing post-COVID symptoms, commonly referred to as long COVID, what to look for and how you can support your immune system to get well as quickly as possible.

There is no specific treatment for long-covid, and the best way to manage these symptoms is through rest, good nutrition, and supportive care. Some studies suggest you are less likely to develop Long COVID symptoms if you are up-to-date with your vaccinations.
